Safeguarding is non-negotiable
We do not launch clubs without safety readiness. Our safeguarding commitments include: safeguarding training for all adults before engaging with girls; clear rules for boundaries, communication, and conduct; reporting channels available online and offline; verified referral pathways per country (health, mental health, protection services); triage within 24 hours with clear escalation and confidential documentation.
Community that sustains belonging
Girls stay when they feel known, connected, and proud to belong. Mighty Networks strengthens cross-country sisterhood, continuity, and identity reinforcement. Where technology is limited, we design local alternatives that preserve the same sense of connection and care.
We scale through tools that reduce burden and increase consistency: Club-in-a-Box delivery kit; readiness checks before launch; simple reporting and measurement tools (offline-friendly); clear roles and handoffs across partners, keepers, mentors, and global leads; operating rhythms: monthly reporting, quarterly reviews, cohort closeouts.
Default tools: paper and basic phone tools (SMS and WhatsApp).
