Girls Lead Change is a community-powered ecosystem. Volunteers help girls experience belonging, develop leadership skills, and complete meaningful community projects with safety and dignity.

Mentor Role
Mentoring is designed as a continuous support structure with a rhythm of light weekly contact and deeper monthly sessions, operating with clear boundaries, safeguarding rules, and escalation pathways.
What we require of every adult
Each country has a dedicated Safeguarding Lead and referral network.
Core protocol: “Listen, Reassure, and Refer. We never investigate.”
Keeper
Keepers strengthen the country ecosystem by supporting coordination, readiness, and consistency, so each club has the structure it needs to run well and keep girls safe.
